What bushings?
I'm looking to upgrade pretty much all of the bushings in my 88 Civic. I've looked at ES, Boyland/Noltec, and P-S-T. Are there any other brands? This is a daily driven Civic by the way with weekend racing(road course/autoX).
Also, what's the deal with Polyurethane and Polygraphite(P-S-T)? I've heard the black ES bushings already have graphite, and the red ones don't. I've also read that the lubricant in the poly/graphite bushings doesn't come out unless there's shearing or something(I don't remember exactly, but it's something to that nature). Also, would running softer(Noltec; 25% softer than regular rubber) bushings be beneficial or is that biased more towards comfort?
Really, from what I've read a stiffer rubber is the way to go but I haven't seen any except for Mugen($$$).
