Rubbing noise in when I engage the clutch.

ok, I bought my new ITR and it squeaks/rubbing noise when I press the clutch, I have seen this before on another ITR, any suggestions?

remove the slave cyl boot and spray some wd40 in there, better yet remove the slave cyl and lube the fork with grease
