Default stock wheels - offset?

So I know the bolt pattern is the same for '97-'01 Prelude wheels and '00-'03 (the 16") S2000 wheels. My question is this, will they fit (my lude is a '99)?

I read somewhere that the S2000 wheels (the 16" ones) have a 65mm offset, and I'm not sure what the offset is for the lude wheels, 45mm?

I know the S2000 wheels are staggered but I found a set for cheap and was wondering if they'd fit my lude, I think they look a little better than my stock ones. Can anyone confirm this for me?

I dont wanna waste the $$ if the S2000 stick out or just dont fit.

Thanks!!

if you use the search feature and type "s2k wheels" for the prelude forum, you'll find half a dozen posts with varying answers. the most common opinion is getting 4 front wheels with a 205 tire on each

yeah I've been doing more searching since I posted this topic, I was jsut looking for clarification. I saw one thread where a guy did it and he said they all fit but the rears were close. But most places I read people say I need 4 fronts and that the center bore on the rears are too small. I think I'm gonna let this I dea pass and jsut cruise my stock wheels for a while.
