Default Tire wear

I was under my car today doing an oil change when I looked over to my tires. It looks like the inner tread on each tire is wearing out more than the middle and outer. I think this happens to car's in need of an alignment or camber adjustment. But my car is stock with only about 12k miles on it. Anyway, just wanted to know if this was normal or not.

Unusual camber wear is simply a result of alignment out of spec.

Get it aligned.

Our cars' camber or alignment (can't remember which) is offset from the factory to improve handling. Your car is probably fine, could need alignment, but wearing on the inside is normal for ITR's.

my 98 R's was out of spec from the day i picked up the car, rear ones. wearing out the inner tire seriously, and terrible handling fishtailing on the snow . Cured after an alignment.
