Default 99 si- im to tall

i have a small problem that annoys me. the stock seating in my si is to high for me. im 6'2 and i have to dip my head a lil bit in order to stick my head out the window. i also cant sit straight up because my head will be to close to the roof. its so annoying. then i sat in my friend 98 ej8 with stock ls seats with interga brackets ( hes an idiot because one of the hole doesnt line up.lol) and it felt much better. anyone have any idea wtf i can do or what brackets will i have to get?

Swap the stock Si rail onto the Integra seat.

Cut off below the ankle.. Should give you a good 4-5"

Or just swap rails from a gsr, whichever ones more cost effective...

You can't do this without running to safety concerns

LoL it's funny that you quoted the "swapping rails" part and not the "cutting off limbs" and than talkin about safety concerns hahahaha... But yeah dude of course there are safety concerns, but when isn't there... If he wanted to do it like OEM proper status he could read one of the 500 bazillion threads about it and decide which option has best suited his year/make/model an optimize from there...

S2k seats are perfect I'm 6.0 and i have them in my hatch so i have less head room only 1 thing though they don't lean all the way back or forward. The Delsol seats do.

Or we can we can do a body drop we can cut your thighs down about 2 inches then reattach your legs ???????

When I had a 97 civic I put del sol seats in it and it was ultra low. All you have to do is take the rails off of your stock seats and swap them onto the del sols and then you will have no safety concerns because you will have a bolt in every hole keeping them on the floor

WTF? I'm 6'4" and have no problem in my EM1. You guys must just have some seriously weird leg to torso ratios. Do you guys wear 24" inseam pants with XL-TTTTT shirts?

^ I'm 6'0" and I always had to take off my hat before I drove my EM1. 30" inseam here Stock (high) Civic seats + low roof due to sunroof = bad news.

I'll throw in another recommendation for the del Sol seats...they're my favorite OEM Honda seats, not just for comfort and style, but they also sit very low as well.

The bolt holes of the del sol rails don't match up to the em1 bolt holes in the floor, but if you swap the rails from your em1 seats onto the del sol seats (ten minute procedure) then all the bolt holes will line up and it will look clean

Just a guess, do you sit fairly reclined?

Because I usually sit straight up and close, like a grandma. Or a race car driver

Go with Del Sol seats. My friend uses them in his EM1 and he's 6'6".
