Ninja 500 wobble's while ridding
My Ninja 500 has been wobbling while ive been driving it intermitently the last few weeks, I replaced the tires with a new set a few days ago because they were junk and thought that might take care of it but no luck.
The problem is only intermitent, so some days its perfectly fine, other days its pretty bad, it feels like the lower end is swaying from the left to right..........
I think I may have damaged a bearing in the front end while changing out the tire because I had to tap it out, and with the axle out there was a slight abount of play, not enough you could see but you could feel it slightly, when I took it to the dealership they said it was fine....
Any input?

well when you got front end wobbles it could be
faulty front tire
bad head bearings
wheel needs to be properly balanced
bent forks
bent wheel
as long as the bike has never been down id say wheel might need to be balenced better or check your head bearings to see if there loose.

I was checking the alignment today, and the wheels are pointed straight but the left one sits about 1.5 inches to the left of the center of the first so that could be the cause of the problem.....

Left one is it a trike?

haha no, I meant the rear one sits about 1.5 inches to the left of the front.
But an update, I am able to run no hands no problem, and for a better discription of the problem it feels like someone is shaking the front wheel left to right like you were jerking it left and right slightly...

Well I took my bike into the shop after admitting defeat that I couldn't figure it out, turns out the right side sleeve for the shock was slightly bent..... So the dealership I bought the damned thing from sold me the bike like that

Do you have your bar ends on? I know this may not be the case, but a buddy of mine was missing on off his 600RR and he had a slight wobble, put one on and he was good to go.
Is your back tire/rim marked perfectly on the swingarm?
EDIT: NVM you found the problem, good luck!
