I have a 1991 Accord Wagon and the air blows cold if you put your hand to the vent, but its hard to feel from the seat.
The A/C has plenty of freon, but it seems like the blower just doesnt have much force. Is anyone else's A/C do this? My buddies 96 Civic is the same way.
My **** gets cold , but it takes FOREVER! I also have an Expedition & a Ranger and the A/C blows HARD AS HELL through the vents in both of those trucks.
Someone please help me with some kind of fix that can make my A/C blow better.

Also, see that your blower motor is not full of junk (leaves). Are there distinct steps when you turn up the blower speed? Are you sure that it's not staying at a low speed? If it is, it could be a bad regulator.

The steps aren't very distinct... The first couple settings feels like it's not even on. High(all the way up) feels like its on one of the first couple steps in either of my trucks.
If you cannot hear the blower speed increasing as you're turning up the dial, or if it only blows on one setting and not the others, you might be looking at a regulator.
Can you hear anything rushling around or something that sounds like a card in bicycle spokes under the glove box when it's on (as in leaves)?

Okay... It does increase every step on the fan control. I listened pretty close while the air was on and I didn't hear any (rustling)goin' on in there. I did just figure out that my condensor fan is not working. I traced it down to be the motor. I'm not thinking that would have anything to do with it cuz the A/C does blow cold.
