Anyone know where i can get a smog for my lsvtec crx dont mention any names just pm me with some info willing to pay up to 150.00

1990 crx is the car that im trying to smog but if anyone is interested in buying it for 2500 let me know or trade for any honda that passes smog (pretty much)
