WELL I PUT A Y7 IN MY 94 COUPE AND WHEN I TURN IT ON AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON THE DASH DOESNT COME ON THE FUEL PUMP DOESNT EITHER BUT IF THE CAR IS NOT HOT THEN IT WILL WORK BUT IF I DRIVE IT AND IT WARMS UP IT DOESNT START BACK.

 

ok.. i dont know if this has anything to do with it but i had an isuzu pickup before... and it did the exact same thing. i had the wires for the coolant temperature sensor and something else switched. maybe you can work from that

 

Sounds like a classic case of a bad main relay.
