Default 5th gen base model lower balljoint

I want to replace the balljoints on my base knuckles however according to honda that is a none replacable item. However they have the parts listed for the SH model. Is the lower balljoint that goes through the SH lower control arm the same balljoint ? I thought I remembered someone saying that before and I would rather use OEM parts that replacing them with autozone junk

I'm sure it's the same, no reason why it would be otherwise.
