Default HID's Vs. Halogen (06 Accord)

I am trying to decide what to put in my car and up until today I was thinking of getting some PIAA halogen's which would run me around $80-100.

After some research I found that the Prolumen 9006 6000k would be a nice solution as well. Apparently it is way nicer and brighter than the halogen's and just as easy to install. I asked about the 8000k bulb and I was told that they won't illuminate the road as well since they have the blue tint and the 6000k is pure white. I can pick this up for $200. Is this kit all I would need to install this on my 06 Accord?

Just for your info, PIAA's are your ebay coated bulbs but at a 10x its price and last as long as the ebay bulbs. I don't understand why people say PIAA is great and what not. Stupid people buying the name rather than the product.
All aftermarket HID kits come from cheaply made products and made by low-waged workers in China and the surrounds(ever heard of "it's cheaper in China"?). Therefore, whenever you buy a different brand, if it's really expensive, you're buying the brand name. But in the end, it's just the same products with the same components manufactured in a country known for alot of defective electronic-assambled/made components. Buy any HID kit, the cheaper the better. If people say "oh my kit is high quality". Ask them for the specifications of the product as well as the bulb and not a vague "6,000K = 2400 lumens".
6,000K is borderline between looks and output. However, they will lose lumens once they colorshift to a deeper blue as the bulbs age. I'd go with 5,000K at most. 6,000K is as rice as 12,000K.
People try to immitate the blue/white lights from bmw, lexus, acura, audi, etc when in reality, they use projectors and the projector itself is what bends the light to produce such colorful effect. All bmw's, lexus, acura, audi, mercedes, etc use 4,200K bulbs for maximum output.
