how would i make hx wheels fit on my eg hatch with si front knuckles?
i need to make my hx wheels fit on my eg i have all the si front brake conversion and rear brake also. how could i make it fit with out rubbing on the caliper?

ps. i wouldnt know
get some 5mm wheel spacers at pepboys or autozone... thats what my hommie did he has 95 ex coupe with hx rims.. it rubbed the caliper but when he put the spacers on it was koo...
i have front 99-00 si knuckles and calipers on a ek hatch with hx wheels. i ground a bit off the caliper bracket to get it to fit and then painted the recently exposed caliper bracket metal with caliper paint. there is a thread in here somewhere with pics- its was not much material at all in my case.

lol...
anyways theres two different ways you can make them fit.
1. get 5mm spacers which can be found at your local auto parts store
-or-
2. shave off the outer caliper bracket that faces the center of the rim. after this is done it will eventually rust so just paint it with rust prevention black paint
good luck on your install

okay i didn't know i was going to start a riot on this question? but thier called 5m spacers. ok also will i need them for the rear also since i converted it to disks or just the front?
just the front. on the rear hx wheels fit by a mile over disks.
the spacers cost money, the grinding is free.
if you go the spacer route research as to whether or not if you need longer studs. maybe someone will answer here.
