Default Burnt Wiring?

I need a bit of guidance as I took my car to jiffy lube for an inspection a week ago and on top of taking an hour to do it, they apparently opened up the hood and unplugged one of the radiator hoses.

So I'm driving my *** home and the coolant tube going to my engine explodes just as soon as I notice my temp gauge.

I stopped on the side of the road and cut off the part of the tube that was busted, and reconnected it, added more coolant.

But now the cooling fan has stopped spinning. I checked the fuses and voltages on all the connectors. The fuses didnt blow but I believe some of the wiring burnt up under the dash in between the hood fuse box and the driver fuse box.

My question is how do I locate this wire to fix it and how much trouble is this going to be that I'm getting myself into?

I took the fuse box out and tested the other fuses next to the cooling fan and condenser fan fuses and they work fine.

I'm trying to figure out now how to get to the wiring still. Any help will be appreciated.

Also,

Where can I find the fusible link for the cooling fan? Would it be under the dash or under the hood?

Any help is appreciated.
