i opened up my tranny to put a lsd in it but i dont remember where these 2 washers came from maybe someone can help me and tell me where they go
Are they flat or is one of them bent a little? Cant really tell by the pic cause of the white. But if its bent a little they go on the main shaft. If there flat should be 10 and 12 like you said.

they look waaay too small to be the diff bearing shims. what kind of bearings are on your lsd? like others have said, if one is spring washer (slightly smaller and slightly tapered) than the other, they go at the end of mainshaft 1st.
if so, put the bigger and flatter one over the input shaft splines up against mainshaft 1st gear...and the spring washer is between that washer and the input shaft bearing like so:
*[mainshaft 1st] l)==-

Those look to me like the mainshaft shims. I'm rebuilding a D-series tranny right now and there are two shims that sit between the bearing and the main shaft that look exactly like that.
