Default ecu chip

i have a 95 0bd1 jdm gsr motor, and i guess then i have the p28 ecu. I want to know which would be the best ecu chip program for me. I dont want any program that is that extreme and runs to rich like the mugen/skunk2 program, ive heard of too many problems with this program. I am going N/A. Right now my modifications are: aem cai, dc jdm header, carsound cat 2.5'', Apexi WS exhaust. my future mods are going to be Skunk2 intake manifold w/ bbk TB match ported, and itr cams and valvetrain, and aem FPR, clutch, and lighter flywheel. so i do not plan on doing anything too hardcore, like FI or highly modified N/A . Please help me with a good ecu program for my use, also i would like a new program because the jdm ecu's program are made to run on higher octane then we have at the pumps in the states, i use super, but i think these jdm ecu's are meant for 98 octane or something, please correct me if im wrong. sorry for the very long post.

contact dynospotracing, they have the equipment to reprogram your ecu to whatever you want (Not just copy chips, like everybody else)
