just read it in another site that they went 9.111 @158 with a 122 mph at the 1/8

lol most people wouldn't even expect a sohc to reach 158, let alone hit it in the quarter...

thanks everyone!!! this STOCK bore and stroke d16 keeps us all in amazement.
all the guys worked really hard this weekend. they put gas in, air in the tires, flowers kept the bbq fired oh and we had to dry it twice form the rain. (i forgot mike lashed the valves)
all kidding aside without all the guys this would never happen. dave, mike, brian, richard, flowers, alec, chris and jason

we pulled it off the trailer and ran a 9.11 @ 158mph. we then got rain!!! we had 4 passed this weekend at the armdrop live with rick chistenson against all the domestics and qualified 30 out of 256 cars.(3 cars were imports i think) we beat every car we ran against until we lost power just before half track and proceeded to coast to a 10.7@92mph in the first round. all i can say is i'm not very good at bracket racing!
