JDMshit.com, do not buy from them.
i ordered a "spoon style" wing from them months ago, it took 3 weeks to get here, once it did and i put it on it fit horrible. i sent them an e-mail and they did not respond, sent it again a week later and they asked for pics. then they just ignored me. so a couple months later i sent another email. they then asked for pics, the original tracking number, the day i bought it, and who i talked to when i ordered it (three months earlier by now) i provided them with everything but the guy i talked to to order it's name, and again the are now ignoring my e-mails. if anyone orders from them, watch out.

bigjerry, stay away from theone piece headlights if you want to get a focused beam patern, they look cool but won't foucus the beam. They get round it with "for off road and show use only" you were warned.

Dont be ignorant... Not all authentic product is 100% perfect. There is defective parts being sold here and there. But its all in how the companys abide by they're policy and terms that determine the outcome.
In his case they are ignoring him if what he says is true. DESPITE it being a replica or not, Plus if a company has poor shipping standards it just makes it worse.

You should contact your bank and tell them you were sent some faulty product and they arent responding to your emails and that they are just ignoring you.
They would probably provide you with a temporary refund while they investigate the problem. The run through the BBB to see if anyone else has had problems etc. And you could also call the BBB yourself about this and they will help you possibly solve this as well. Im glad i didnt order my lip from them, Ive always heard good to ok things about them but if this is true thats just

yeah their customer service is ridiculously rude. i bought for them once, and after that, never wanted to deal with them again. i got my item, but i rather deal with people who actually have concern for their customers.

I've seen "brand new OEM bumpers" from PWJDM that ARE NOT OEM. I had a friend awhile back who had "SiR" bumpers from them and one was not a real Honda part.
PWJDM isn't really a great place to go for OE parts. They sell the real deal until they can produce their own copy, then they sell that instead.
