A hose came loose from my oil relocation kit when i was driving and dumped all my oil into my engine bay but my engine is making a rattling noise even after putting new oil in it. I replaces all the LMA's and it still rattles and wont hit vtec. I have full oil pressure. Why is it rattling?

 

Sounds like you spun a bearing in your engine. It probably the crank. The only solution to that is to rebuild or swap a new engine in.

 

can you give us a better description of the problem?
also how much oil was lost and how fast was the engine spinin' when it happened?
does the noise happens all the time?
can you use a stetoscope or a hose to pinpoint the location of the rattle?
can you drop the oil pan or at least draint he oil to look for metal shavings?

 

Also, do you have a CEL?
