was sorely dissapointed yesterday when I went to look at a set that supposedly only had "very minor scratches (not deep scrapes) and a minor crack on the passenger side asking 35 OBO"....long story short looked like a belt sander with coarse paper had been taken to the bottom edges of both and the "minor crack" was that the passenger side was almost in 2 pieces WTF?!?!?!

Yup & especially with gas prices I'm willing to meet ya halfway! See my set isn't a 2 piece lol I know there is one broken tab where it meets the inner fender but other than that these are in good shape. They might need a good coat of primer since I painted them & then later took the paint off & sprayed black primer after.... if I get a chance today I'll clean them up for you!

yes still planning on meeting up, just forgot to call you....after work I spent almost 2 hours @ the DMV trying to renew my registration(only to find out I need to smog the car AGAIN(just did it last year WTF?!?!)

Justin how you been man? did you ever get my PM about the clutch? (after putting new fluid in and rebleeding the system everything works fine ) I was also checking on the sol seats but between not hearing from you and not seeing the thread anymore I assume you sold them so I got some S2Ks for my car on the cheap(about 275 +50 in gas for the round trip)

if you do still have them my mom is getting an EG (coupe or sedan) or sol very soon and would still like to get them for her car.

Maybe sometime later I'll hit you back up for the full clutch system like I was planning on doing, but with everything working fine again I'm just gonna ride it as long as I can LOL

My car currently should pass no problems, just stock z6 and a carb legal header & intake but soon it'll be a budget-built NA little monster....hoping for 150ish after the build if I'm still not happy after that, I'll be picking up a JRSC setup and aiming in the 190-200+ range

 

Okay coo that's fine. Just hit me up & I'll head on my way. The single cams are easy to build up & you can pretty much do anything to them. But I gave up on them along time ago so I've stuck & ridden on b-series & probably won't change! Check out my build that I'm recently putting together just search on my profile & let me know what you think!

 

DAMN dude, that'll be a killer setup for a DD depending on the intake and exhaust setup you choose that build could easily see around 190+WHP wioth a very fat midrange when it's all said & done. Only thing I'd do differently is ditch the baller cam gears and pick up a set of cheaper but still nice looking JGs or Skunk2s and have some extra $ in your pocket to finish the build.
