Default ECU questions(about chips)

Hey everyone. So I got a new ECU off a guy I met while I was at work. When I went to his house to buy it/install it he saw that the ECU already in my car had "turbo" written on it. I never though much of it before but he insisted that we crack it open to see if it was chipped. So we crack it open and he says theres 4 chips in it. I will try my best to describe these chips since i dont have a camera to take pics.

First chip he called a black widow. It is on the left side of the ECU and runs vertically from top to bottom. Its white and has these letters. HIC AH1-D. Apparently this has something to do with a turbo.

The other 3 chips are all similar to one anther. They are on the left side of the ECU and run length wise. They are black And each has OKI written on it(brand name?) and they all have a series of numbers and letters on them.

Anyways since I know nothing about ECU's I was hoping somebody could tell me if this ECU is special in any particular way, I know my descriptions may be a bit crummy but its all i can do w/o a camera. If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer them. Thanks.

that sounds stock to me. stock chips usually have oki on them, oh and when you chip it you only replace one chip, not 3-4.
