Here in milwaukee we hear all the time the HD employees are going to get layed off.....hopefully this will secure those jobs and maybe create more.

I don't see how it would. Those employees build their cruiser line, the market for which is declining rapidly, and will continue to decline. The company as a whole might become more profitable, but they will still downsize the divisions that are losing money.
