hello, i currently have a b20z in my ej8, and im wanting to get more power out of it. i will like to stay NON VTEC with this motor.

ive been looking at crower 403 and 404 cams, and i understand that i need to upgrade the retainers and springs, but ive read that titanium retainers need to be changed every year or so.. is this true?

if so, are there any other options for me instead of titanium ones?

note: this is my daily driver.
