Just got my Koni yellows and gc coilovers (350F/380R) and 4 top hats. The coilovers only came with 2 of the black urethane bushings. Spoke to weaksauce on the phone and he said EFs don't need isolators in the rear because the spring is longer. Is this true? I don't want it to make noise in the rear. Also, do I need to cut the bumpstops that came with the gc's? The instructions and everyone here say to cut the stock ones but nothing about the ones that come with the top hats. Please help, I did try searching.
i used the stock OEM rubber ones where they fit. they gave me a pair of their poly ones in my kit because they knew the springs wouldnt fit the OEM ones. forgot if it was front or back. doesnt matter. just reuse the OEM rubber if you can.
as for the bumpstop, i dont think GC comes with new bumpstops. but usually old OEM bumpstops are far too deteriorated to be useful anyway.
if youre talking about the bumpstop that come with the GC extended top hats, dont cut them. leave them be.

Yes the gc top hat bump stops. Thanks for the tip. I am doing the job now and was about to cut them. Decided to check here one more time. Ill get the oem rubber isolator if I can, but I have no spring compressor. Thanks.
