Default 72 Datsun 510 FoDo......

Working on getting my friends 1972 Datsun 510 4 door sedan looking like new again... car was Black.... decisions on what color to repaint it are PITA...but after a few days the color choice was decided.... started working on it 2 weeks ago... gets painted this weekend 7-12-08...
but anyways here's what has been done so far....

started out like this...








now like this








stay tuned for the end results.... or you may just have to wait till WEKSOS MEET.............................................

finished wetsanding and polishing the car... now its back at my friends house to get alll the rest of the parts put back on, still need to fine tune lots of things on it... should be ready for the Weksos meet ... here is what it looks like as of today...

Hot damn this car is soooo sexy. Color choice is awesome even though the paint on it before seemed great. some watanabe's would really set that car off IMO.
