Theres a guy on honda tech selling his hytech exhaust system from his eg civic. He says that it will fit into my 1998 integra type r. Is it true? eg and dc2 chassis the same?

Honestly I'm not sure if it will fit or not but something doesn't quite seem right. He has had the item up for sale since December. The thread is 7 months & 7 pages of bumps. To me that's a sign that maybe it's not worth it....... just my 2¢.

 

If it is off of a coupe then it will fit, if its from a hatch the muffler section will be too short. I had a buddy club exhaust on my hatch and took it off and put it on my dc2. It fit BUT the muffler was about 3 or 4 inches shy of the bumper
