Default Well took it out for its maiden voyage.....Thanks to all that helped

I finished up the majority of the civic this last weekend. After a long month it seems, of putting in new rings, rod bearings, and completely overhauling the head with a port and polish job. Fired it up and was relieved that it started on the first try with no major issues at that point. I went to put the radiator in and noticed that the fan doesnt clear the radiator so I had to take the fan off and need to look for an alternitive solution to that..along with relocating the battery so the intake can actually sit down and I can put the hood on.
Besides those details the only other thing that I can find wrong....when the car gets up to temp or above since no fans...it starts loping in rpm like its got a vaccum leak so I retorqed the intake manifold and seems to only do it now if it gets too hot. The other thing I noticed and that the throttle cable seems to stick and it runs really high rpm unless you pull back on the pedal. But all seems to be coming together and hopefully I will be done tinkering with it and just be able to drive it with no worries in the very near future.
I must say I have gotten quite a few looks from people when I do drive it....it looks rediculous running around with no hood and a HUGH intake sticking up haha. I just want to say thank you to all those that lent me their advice and opinions during the rebuild....I am greatly appreciative.
