Default Need help removing front bumper

I am trying to attach my ghetto lip but the only way to tighten it down is with the bumper off. Any tips?

I also noticed that the radius rods have threads, wouldn't this yield the same effect as a AzFab or whatever crossmember? If they are not adjustable enough more threads could be added w/ a Tap and Die set.

front bumper is easy to take off. theres 2 philips screws in each wheel well. If you were looking into the drivers side wheelwell, it would be on the right, right on the edge. then there is a 10mm(i believe) bolt behind each signal light in the bumper, then it should pull straight off

edit: just realised your username, this is the removal for the 4th gen bumper, not the 1st gen,
sorry about that
