Hey, i have a d16y7 SOHC in my 97 civic dx and i have obtained a d16z6 vtec head (95 civic ex),P28 ecu, intake, throttle body, distributor, everything i believe i need for the conversion to vtec, but i have no clue as to what i need to do, like how to activate vtec and i have heard stuff about tapping into an oil lead but i think that is for the LS/VTEC conversion. Please, i am new to imports and would appreciate any help.

Try the eg civic+forum. This is the 85-91civic/crx forum.
Yet another new person to the site that is lost (no offense). Wouldnt it be much easier to read if it said 85-91civic/crx forum? Rather than crx/ek civic?
