Default Help! name of this valve????anyone

Ok I really need help on this one.

Im working on my girlfriends 93 honda accord SE. It has 250,000 with a rebuild engine (the engine rebuild was done before she owned it, so i dont know specifically what they changed and didn't change) Anyways It has fluctuating idle which i am betting comes from a vacuum leak. I was able to trace the leak down to this valve by using carb cleaner, however, i have no idea what its called. I've looked at vacuum diagrams and it says its the IBA valve (others say diaghrapm) but i can't find any information on this.

My question is does anyone know what this is called? and if it could be replaced. It is connected to teh side of the TB in such a way that i can't clearly see if i can take that single part out or if i have to replace the whole TB. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the valve circled and i haven't been able to find the name for it.

Its on the right side of the TB and has a hose connected to it. The hose is in good shape it seems to be leaking air from the rubber seal it has around.

I apologize for the size of the images but if you click on it it should show a bigger and clearer picture. thank you

its the IAB valve, intake air bypass or osmething liek that.

it opens and closes the secondary runners on the intake manifold. if its leaking and you are strapped for cash, i would not hesitate to just remove the vac line from it and plug the vac line. you will merely keep the runners open all the time by doing this.
