Default Help, car dies in neutral...

So here's the problem, it usually happens early in the morning when i'm driving to work, the car starts just fine, and drives fine when i'm in gear but as soon as I shift to neutral when comming to a stop the car doesnt idle, the rpm drops and the car dies. I have to start it up again, it happens everytime i switch into neutral. i have an 02 EP3, with about 120k miles. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks for the help.

Throwing any codes?
I'm having weird neutral (and in gear) issues myself, thinking it's a sensor of some sort on my end.
Maybe something similar with yours - throttle cable too loose/tight?

Sounds like the clutch won't disengage. Does it jerk the car in neutral like it's snubbing out?

Check/bleed clutch fluid.

Could be vaccuum line leak, poorly tuned ecu, clogged injectors, really bad oil sludge, Corrosion somewhere on the charging system power lines, what mods do you have? when did this start?

simple first thing, try resetting your ecu and have it relearn

no it doesnt jerk or anything, its sort of a smooth kill, i'll be cruisin in neutral to a stop light, and the rpm will just slowly fall until the car dies.

Run your codes at autozone and check the manual.
