Need help ASAP!! R making a noise

when downshifting my R at low mph's I hear a noise..(sounds like when you smack two quarters togethers)...i checked bolts that connect the header and catalytic convertor, they are tight.....can it be tranny??...i just car back from the dealer 2 days ago too and it wasent doing it before...they said it was the bolts, bt i checked..need help...thnx

Take it back to the dealer. Make them fix it.

but do you think its the tranny, cause i figure if the tranny was broken or anything, it would make noise through out my shifting. Not only downshifting
