http://www.skunk2.com/start.htm

Engine>Intake Manifold>Dyno Tests

B18C + Skunk2 Racing Stage I VTEC Cams + Skunk2 Racing Manifold 180.7 hp

B18C + Skunk2 Racing Stage I VTEC Cams 169.9hp

B18C stock 157.6hp

So minus the vtec cams, youre looking at about 10.8hp, but then again you have to take into account the vtec cams will help the performance of the manifold also... i know it isnt a turbo LS, but you get some kind of idea of what itll do for you.

I am thinking of usign a JG intake Manifold on my LS. I would be interested to see how the two will do against each other. I know the stock LS manifold is very restricted at the casting point on the runners.

i heard the jg was designed for 7000+ rpm. Sounds like it might not be suited that great for an LS..

i had it on my car as well but I also had it before the turbo. However, if you just look at the design of the manifold and compare them, it cannot be any worse then the LS manifold. I say go for it.

Unless you are revving your ls to at least 8000 rpms it's not worth it. It kill bottem end! I sold mine a week after I installed it.

For racing. i love it. I think its much better then the LS. Car pulls harder top end and I can squeeze some extra revs out of it. The car has less power in the midrange which is actually kinda good cause I can hit gears harder when going from 1st-2nd and it wont spin like it used too with all the LS midrange. I have a little more lag then I used too but overall I think its better in the long run if u wanna make good power on an LS street car.
