1987 crx
As stated, there were three CRX models in '87. The HF and the 1.5 (the name DX was not applied to the CRX until 1988) and the Si.
In '87 all three cars had 1.5 engines (the EW family) that shared a similar block. The parts inside and outside of the blocks were different.
It is reasonable to expect to get high 30's and into the 40's mpg with a good running HF on the highway. There have been claims into the high 40's.
For the best info on the old CRX go to http://www.redpepperacing.com.
