How efficient is Drag intercooler ?

How efficient is Drag intercooler ?
i might go with a drag IV kit and just swap the turbo with a GT30...would i need to switch up the intercooler or can the drag IC be sufficent enough for 15-23psi ? or should I switch to a larger IC ?
