ek hatch with swap question's...
whats up guys, i have a 06 sti for sale and this guy wants to give me his car plus cash...now my question is: the car is a 97 ek hatch and has a 2000 gsr engine in it with a b16 tranny. can this car pass state reff? what is needed for it to pass? thanks

oh ya here are some spec's on the engine...
2000 B18 GSR motor with 35K miles
Skunk2 Manifold
ITR Pistons and Cams
B16 Tranny
P28 Ecu (skunk2 program)
Jdm ITR exhaust with 2.5'' piping
