Hi, this is my first post for a H Accord 96 EX.
I have a loose wires in the 16 pin DLC (the one is used for State Emission Testing) which is not reading anything at all. When I exposed the connector I found loose wires, so I tried to get a wiring diagram over the web, but not luck, then I went directly to a H dealer in Philadelphia but after they searched for a while, they claimed "not to have it in the system because the 96 model is OLD" (it sound to me like: "we don't want to look any further").

Does any one know the wiring diagram that identifies the wire color code (5 wires)and the slot# on this "only Honda's DLC connector"?
(#1 to #16, R to L, from bottom to top.)

The State Inspection pass my car but now it have a "warning" for next year
