Looking for someone in IL to street tune my (soon)turbo H22A EG - ECU is already chipped (P28 / Chrome). Just thought I would get a heads up on this ... anyone knows where or who?

I believe the only local places are whip factory when dave is in town and Pro Function which is up in barrington. Neither place does street tuning I believe, but use dynos. I had King Motorsports in New Berlin Wisconsin do my car and they did a fantastic job. I highly reccomend them for sure.

I believe they tune in IL also. Heard nothing but good things from them.

King is just that... King. They do street and full dyno tuning to get a complete, and I mean COMPLETE tune. Only one other place does it right, and they're in Canada.

I've had several cars at King Motorsports, with MUCH success.

 

King actually no longer does the street tuning due to liability issues and problems (cops). When I was up there they told me they finally stopped it. But they do have a load bearing dyno which does make for a more effective and real tune. I really cant say enough good stuff about them. Tim is a great tuner who I would highly reccomend to anyone.
