David can only get the UKDM-sized ITR license plates.

USDM-sized ITR license plates are not available.

 

Hrm, I'm sure somebody can get 'em!

 

As long as we're talking about OEM license plates, the above is true.

Spend your money on a HPDE instead.

Welll... seeing that picture is of a JDM Type R.... I wouldn't doubt it if the USDM equivalence wasn't available, with that being said.... can anyone get this JDM part imported?

They're basically the same size.

You can't get one.

Try driving the car rather than looking for cosmetic crap. Seriously, I'm not trying to be harsh but you don't know what you're missing.

 

You can always make one simular. I know the lettering isn't the same size, but it did what I wanted it to do.

I've NEVER seen one in North America that was made by Acura.

 

I wonder how it would look if you just go a blank black front plate and an OEM side sticker and put that in the middle? In the end you're still sub $50 and semi OEM...

 

This lil project only cost me $30 for both. And yes, it's very simular to what you are thinking of doing.

I only did this to eliminate my real plate. Most people had turned their plates around or took them off completely. I think that looks worst. Anyway, it was good enough for "Best Acura."

ANY CW ITR I would park next to yours would have self-esteem issues. My car would sit in the corner of j00r garage & cry. It would be minimized by j00r status as a JDM deity.

j00 have one of the cleanest ITRs

And the license plate gives an extra 10 hp too!

 

Mike or David might be able to get them? They import many JDM products, I'm sure they could order some? Good luck finding one. Post up if you do, as I'm sure other members are interested.
