i'm thinking about putting a b18 vtec head in my crv. any suggestions tuning wise? or any other engine suggestions?

 

Its a pretty easy and common conversion. Its a little expensive though. I've done it on mine. I can send you a parts list if you want. I've got a 97 also but its automatic. If your's is manual you'll be able to tune your ECU, if not you'll need a piggy back like mine (apexi vafc).

it would be more cost effective and produce more use full hp to install a supercharger. The net is full of good deals on used ones.

haha i was considering boosting my 97 AWD Auto crv. but i think a GSR head will pull up prime during a bottom end build hehe. All you use is a VAFC? how exactly do you tune with that??

-b20 head gasket, arp head studs, oil line with fittings, block tap for oil, and a vafc?

 

why not buy a cheap drag kit and throw that on it..............I pretty sure that would be pretty awesome inline pro had a video once of their boosted crv
