i am going to be building a ls vtec in the near future from ground up and i was looking to get around 220 N/A and was wondering what the best internals are to run in it ,eventually i am going to turbo it down the road so was wondering what i should run for turbo parts too,please help me out im new to honda any help will be great,thanks

 

to get 220 n/a you will need some high comp pistons. not exactly the best setup when changing to a turbo. id pick a direction and go. not to say you cant have a high comp turbo motor though if it was set up right.

 

ok so what would be a good setup to get around 280 on it with turbo

 

Stock LS with about 15lbs of boost and a good tune. My buddy put down 270whp on a dynojet on a bone stock LS, T70 and 10lbs on pump gas
