buddy of mine has a honda civic wagon. Its a 1990. The windshield wipers when you turn them off they do not park, we have changed the wiper motor and the switch on the column. We could locate a relay so if anyone knows where the relay is or has had the similar problem and knows what the problem may be let me know. Thanks.
