are these synthetic tranny oils?

i use pennzoil engine oil and synchromesh in both my B18C5 motors.

heres the spec sheet for the synchromesh, doesnt clearly say if its syncthetic or not

not sure about the MTF.

I think the reason it leaks is because the seal went bad....fix it.
