i recently started having starting issues, especially when the car sits out in the heat for awhile. it cranks but it wont kick over, it does it on and off, and when it does do it will eventually start after i let the car sit for awhile....could it be some thing with the dizzy or maybe a bad coil?

 

sounds like the main relay is going bad/has gone bad. I had the same problem with my 94 civic. It would start when it was cold, but after the car was warmed up or on hot days it wouldnt start.
