Another car won't start thread
Well my friend's 90 accord wouldn't start today after work and I have no idea what is wrong with it..
CLIFFS:
Car won't start w/o being jumped
Battery is at 12.43 Volts and 12.43 while running (Bad Alt)?
***The ignition feels worn, so when he turns the key to "start" it starts, however if the key goes to the normal operating position the car will die. So he has to hold the key a few hairs back so the starter dis-engages. (sorry for the description)
So i dont know what is the problem...the battery or the ignition.
The part that throws me off is the whole car not starting without a jump.
