Default Supertech valve springs??

Okay I know this is going to sound stupid but like I've done some research but I can't seem to find my answer, how good are supertech valve springs?? I notice that they are fairly inexpensive but is it you get what you pay for?? because I'm running the crower 402-2 and I just don't want to drop a valve because the springs won't hold up.

They are good springs, very dependable, they went into a 9 sec civic that was built from import autoworks in AZ Plus i just had them installed on my b16 head along with some valves

ST's build a great spring, but if you are concerned about warranty issues - I would suggest using Crower VT with your Crower camshafts.

I ran the complete supertech valvetrain package on my reworked ITR head on my last motor. Get a friend to help you put them in though they are pretty stiff springs.
I would buy them again if it matters.
