car started sputtering today changed out spark plug wires, i have a 2001 integra ls turbo car sputters, spits when accelerate cars doesnt wanna go u can drive it normal and it dont sputter until u accelerate hard. boost is still reading 10lbs. what could be the cause also sparks plugs arent that old.

 

fuel injector, clogged cat (if u even have one still), [freak]ed up when u put the spark plugs in...might now have had the wires tight on dizzy or head.....um.... throttle position sensor, just to name a few.....let me know what u find out

 

is the car tuned?

 

forgot to mention.....when's the last time u changed ur headgasket?!

 

Do you mean you replaced the wires and then this started happening? I replaced plugs in a 99 CL 4cly one time and this same sputtering under hard acceleration occured. Changed the wires out and everything was fine. I don't know if it would work the other way around though.
