Default mini-me obd1 conversion head scratcher

I've got a 91 civic lx. bought with a blown motor. bought a b7 bottom end out of a 93, bought a z6 head out of a 94 si. OBD0 to OBD1 conversion and swap harness was done by Ryan at Rywire. I have a virgin p28 ecu, as well as a virgin p06 ecu. Reman'd disty.

Here's the head scratcher part. i have strong spark on all four cylinders. I have injector pulse at all four injector plugs. all 4 injectors ohm out within spec, 12.2 to 12.3 ohms on all four injectors. car will run on carb cleaner but otherwise will do nothing but crank. Injectors are not sparying fuel. have fuel pressure. Can Hear the fuel pump running.

There are a couple codes in it.

on the p28 ecu it throws
22 Vtec pressure solenoid
41 Heated o2 sensor heater(brand new 02 tho?)
4 crank position (new reman'd disty bad dizzy?)
16 fuel injector (kinda has me stumped< since they all ohm'd out in spec)
10 intake air temp (is plugged up)
20 electric load detector

on the p06 ecu
22 vtec pressure solenoid
10 intake air temp
19 A/T lock up solenoid

I work at a shop in this area and this one has me as well as coworkers and local honda friends all scrathing their heads.

any help would be GREATLY apreciated.

holly **** that's a **** load of codes man. ok first lets check your Main Relay, the 22 is because your running a vtec ecu that's not hooked up to the silly-noid. the AT? your running a auto ecu? you'll need to clip resistor.
well check thoese we will go step by step.

Main relay is bad, forgot that in the opening post. i have terminals 1, 3 & 7 jumpered with a 5 amp fuse in the middle. puts power to the injectors & the fuel pump. The auto p06 ecu was an extra i had around, plugged it up to see if the codes were any different between that and the p28 ecu. i plan on running the p28. the harness was supposed to be a plug an play harness, all the plugs are pluged up on the vtec solenoid.

ok well fix your main relay. you probbaly need to heat up the back side of the solder joints and add just a bit more new solder and that should fix it. if not get another one. get rid of each issue at one time.

Update with good news. I've elimanated all the codes except 10 and 22. I have 12 volts at the injector plugs. now when i try to start it it acts like it wants to, then just goes back to cranking.

demonkid: all joints on the back of the relay or just certain ones?

code 22 is vtec. just run the dx ecu and clip out the resistors to turn it into a manual ecu...

this should get rid of the code 22, now the10 intake air temp. should be a matter of hooking up the sensor. you may have it crossed with the purge val.

Great news! It is now running!! turned out reason it wouldn't start was 3 bad injectors. wouldn't spray the least bit of gas out of them. it runs, but doesn't feel like it has the power it should. demonkid, I'm goin to try and solder the back of the main relay tonight. I don't have the emissions system on the car at all, i didn't see an extra plug for the purge solenoid, but I will double check it and make sure.

resistor box is for injectors. if your running the 88-91 injectors run the box. 92-95 integra/civic don't run the resistor box.

there is a list of injectors....
