I was planning on buying a grind setup for turbo on an f22a1 but my engine is f22b2 so i wasn't sure if the cam grind for that setup would work on mine.

I'm guessing your looking at the level 2 from bisi? It will work but don't expect the same gains. The heads are completely different. You will see gains just not the kind that the F22a does.
