Default swaping a H22a1 in my 93 prelude have ???

I recently dropped a valve in my 93 prelude which had a H23 and it pretty much destroyed the motor. So I bought a H22 and am swapping the old motor out. I plan on keeping the h23 5-speed tranny. An I purchased the complete motor with everything but the ecu and tranny. The H22 is a stock motor with 30,000 mls on it. What kind of ecu would I need? ( p13 ? ) And I am using my original wire harness. Is there anything I would have to add or change to run the vtec? Any answers would be great. And what should I do to achieve the full power of the H22?
