Looks like an old school phone dial. I've not seen those on anything, probably for a reason.

they were on my friends integra.its meant for an oldschool preferably black or a dark color.there really dope in person

Actually they don't look too bad.. it has more of a retro feel to them. It would look ******* HARD on old school cars like EF's and DA's. I would buy the wheels that one member is selling but he's asking too much for just the rims...

 

those kinda remind me of J-mags except not played out lol. I like em, the gun-metal doesnt do anything for them, white red, or polish would be dope
